"The room and staff were amazing. They were even able to get us into a different room with no issues. The only heads up I would give is the private beach doesn’t have very clear water. But the beach staff like every other staff member was amazing!"

"The experience at Fairmont exceeded all our expectations! Hospitality was very good , the room was always clean and accessible! Also the service from the crew was very friendly make you feel like home the whole time ! From the entrance untill the front desk everyone is with a smile and try to help you at all times! "Surprised from quality of the hotel and room for the cheap price we paid! Located 20min drive from the airport, the resort is embedded in an outdoor mall that highly resembles a south European city (France/Italy). We received a free room upgrade that granted us a VERY huge apartment, better than a real house! We stayed only one night, so we cannot comment much, but the mall seemed vibrant and the pool very nice."
