DON’T BOOK! Absolute Disgrace!

Booked in April for July stay. Didn’t see review posted month after I’d booked which is identical appalling experience I also had. Zero communication from host. Hours wasted on phone and online chat and email trying to get check in details from host and support from Vrbo. Vrbo had to cancel booking in the end as no host response. Left on day of arrival after hours of driving resolving a place for family to stay with prices now 3 x higher original booking price. Absolute disgrace. DO NOT waste your time booking as appalling!!!

We never actually got to stay. 4 hours after check in was supposed to happen they called and said they weren't renting it out anymore. I had called, emailed and messaged the day before. Contacted expedia and they couldnt help. Had to find a very last minute hotel further away. Hopefully this apartment has now been removed and nobody else gets the inconvenience and stress
