"The location is gorgeous and the atmosphere unique! Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms are super comfortable, well equipped and made us feel right at home. "

"Parking is limited, especially during weekdays 8-5, but there is public parking nearby (unknown cost, we were out and about). The harbor view is off a fire escape, quirky and fun; ferries run every 15 minutes and sometimes you get a larger ship. There is a Salvation Army nearby; I'll leave it at that. Great location as a hub for things to do in and around Halifax. "

"The place was very clean, it had everything we needed. The area is nice and plenty of walking trails and lakes. The host was nice and accommodating. The building could use more spund proofing as we could hear toddlers and stomping, but other than that everything was perfect. I can't wait to come back again."

"When we arrived there was construction happening next door with loud equipment and blowing dust clouds. This left outdoor areas unusable and very dirty. The garbage bins out front smelled like rotting fish and were crawling with maggots. Beware of very steep downward driveway. "We had people visiting from out of town and wanted somewhere with room for us all to stay. The ArtBnB was so charming, the decor was colourful and quirky. There were plenty of sleeping options for everyone- a king bed, a rollaway cot, two sofa beds, and some floor mattresses. Everything was clean and checkin and checkout was easy. "Very clean property. There was a little mix up/misunderstanding with the check-in process but the property manager was very helpful and communicative, and we had that sorted out with no problem. "Great location! Close to downtown Halifax, with grocery stores, restaurants, and other spots a few minutes away! The house was clean and the beds were comfy!"

"The apartment was generally clean and tidy, with the amenities as advertised. There were a few issues, which were addressed promptly and graciously by the owner - this was appreciated. We found the owner to be a genuine and accommodating person. Since we were there for 5 nights, the only thing we felt that was missing from this place were drawers for storage of our clothes. Otherwise a very quaint and quiet place to stay. "
