"The experience was quite disappointing. The rooms were extremely humid, and upon entering, you were immediately greeted by the bathroom’s sink. I could even feel the springs in the mattress. This place is not recommended for families."

"Don’t stay here. The double tree down the street is the better option (My friend stayed there.) Space was hardly clean, no cleaning services for the nights we stayed, shower head was clogged with guck so the water pressure sucks, no new towels, rags nothing. The only thing they care about is if you check out on time."

"Stayed for 1 night with my baby, young kid and husband. Our room had no AC and it was crazy hot. We were “upgraded” from a room with two beds for one with one bed and the new room only one AC unit was working the other wasnt. The staff was very friendly but you could tell the hotel is in need of some serious maintenance."

"We are a company who had multiple rooms for 14-days, one of the rooms was cleaned of all their belongings due to an internal hotel mixup. However, when asked about it, hotel guest services acted belligerent towards us. They took zero responsibility for their actions but rather double down on attitude. We will not be staying here again!"

"I hate to write reviews like this but the bed my son slept on had bugs. He got bitten all over his back. We left the next morning and just got back from our trip. The hotel looked clean and the beds looked clean. I wasn’t bitten because I slept on the other bed. Sucks! Service was great and everything looked so clean. I have pictures to show as well."
