"Glad we stayed here. A well-run mid-range hotel with a nice courtyard and better than average suites for a family. Airport shuttle worked well too. Two minor downsides: a number of the gym machines were not working when I worked out (though one treadmill did work). And they charge for ungated surface parking, which never seems fair."

We checked into our room at approximately 6 PM, and since we were six hours behind from a trip to Italy, we were really tired. One of us decided to take a shower before we went to bed and found out the shower was completely broken. "Check in was very fast and easy. The room was very nice and shuttle service was ok. Morning person was very efficient but non communicative and walked away before we could give her a tip which was strange. The lobby roof apparently has some leakage problems and a large portion was roped off. The bar/restaurant had limited menu but it was fine and we were glad we did not have to go further afield to eat."

"This place should not even be on the Expedia site. The room was depressing: light bulbs missing, sticky surfaces on the furniture, unfriendly staff. After seeing the room, I decided not to stay. Still I was charged for a full day eve though I stayed 20 minutes (literally). Never again!"

"The check in is located in a cubby hole in the corner of one of the buildings and with the temperature at 101 degrees it was horrible during the 10 minutes of trying to check in. Once arriing at the room there was a feeling of usease with suspected vagrants hanging around and upon entering the room the unpleasant smell resulted in a very quick decision to seek reservations somewhere else. I WOULD NOT recommend this property to anyone."

"The rooms were not clean. The first room we were given was “clean”, we pulled out the pull out couch and there was used tissues and used q-tip on the bed. The sink had dirty dishes and the counter was dirty. The room we ended up with had stains all over the carpet, stains all over the bath tub and was surface cleaned. Would not recommend staying here."
