"Wouldn’t have previously considered staying at a concept like this, but booked as hotel prices were very expensive for my travel dates. I was pleasantly surprised. You do have to use the QR code on your phone to move about the building too often in my opinion but that said, it’s very secure. The location is unbeatable for the price and I would absolutely stay again."

I would like to thank the receptionists Esse and Hafsa for the a nice and easy check in and check out service with smiles on their faces. Fine for an email or two but for any video or even non-video conferencing be prepared to cut out every minute or two. Incredibly frustrating. Hotel was comfortable- AC is central and not controlled by the rooms so keep that in mind if you’re going on a hot week.
One major issue is that they are understaffed. Essentially no one picks up the phone if you call the front desk to ask any questions. It can be very frustrating if you need help.
I gave up on asking them to fix my safe as it was not working.

"The property was in an ideal location, just off Trafalgar Square. The room however was not that great.
The room was extremely small with a huge pillar in the centre of the room.
The TV wasn’t working. The bathroom/toilet door wasn’t working properly and got stuck shut on two occasions.
The shower also didn’t work properly due to a bent hose that let very little water out.
After complaining to the front desk, all the issues were sorted the following day.

"tiny rooms for the price. Which is fine but their staff was terrible. I requested them multiple times during my 3 day stay to clean my room. They did not do it once!!! They offered me to replace my towels and then no one turned up! This was after I complained about their service. I am never coming back to their property and will recommend the same to my colleagues, team members, and friends."
