"My stay was good only con was the parking. Parking was in the street and hope you come in early to get a space or you will park down the street… there is parking in the back for a fee which was not in the description of the property upon booking."

"The location was perfect for our trip. Branford is a very quaint town with lots to see and great places to eat. We came back to CT from SC for our son's wedding on the shore by the ocean and a baby shower at Stony Creek Brewery. This cottage is in the perfect location and has huge potential! "Excellent stay for our extended family of 9. Having the bunk bed in the queen room downstairs perfect for our family of 4 with two elementary school aged kids!"

"House was very clean and slept all 7 of us comfortably! Pool and firepit were nice to have and enjoy. Would absolutely book this house again if I ever needed. Just be sure to ignore the unkind neighbor signs, they don't reflect on the property at all. "
