"Had a very lovely greeting from the lady behind the bar, was only too happy to show us to our room and fill us in on all the things we needed to know. Super friendly and outgoing and the room itself had a wonderful sea view and was very comfy and clean. "We stayed two nights at the Osbourne aparthotel Eastbourne Check in was super easy and the front desk staff extremely friendly and helpful, not only at check in but throughout our stay. The first floor apartment itself with its high ceilings was well designed and equipped with everything we needed for our stay, we felt at home straight away and cooked a lovely meal without any problem what so ever, just what we wanted. "Second time we’ve stayed at Wingrove House and it didn’t disappoint. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room we booked was a premium king and had a large bathroom. We ate both nights in the hotel’s restaurant as we enjoyed the food there on our previous visit. The food was as good as we had before."

"A lovely hotel with all the facilities except a car park. But there's plenty off parking nearby, so not a problem. Our room was clean, bright and had a wonderful outlook. Definitely worthwhile having a sea view room. The bar was well stocked and the restaurant served top quality food which was cooked to perfection. But a special thanks must go to all the hard working staff that made our short stay most enjoyable. "
