Construction workers worked during the night at 11pm and later and we could hear them sawing and banging on the floor below us. They are renovating the second floor and we were on the third floor. The next morning we came down for breakfast and was told they ended it at 9am due to no one come down prior to 9am. The room was decent but the overall look of the hotel and parking lot was not...

"It seemed to be a nice place we arrived at 10pm got into the room the tv didn’t work went to the counter said there was nothing they can do so I paid to sit in the dark. HORRIBLY HANDLED. No one even came to the room to check and see if it could be fixed. SHAME ON YOU"

"Love this property and stay every time we are in Richmond. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The property is on a great location and it’s beautiful. The bar and restaurant and room service are all great too!"

"Pros: Room looked recently remodeled and the AC was really cold. Liked the kitchenette and extra shelving for storage. Cons: Hotel charges $3 above booking price for "linens". Then had to take the linens back downstairs because they left all bath mats and no bath towels. Also they do not provide hand towels and all towels are extremely thin. Bed linens are extremely thin also."

"We were very happy with our stay at Linden Row. Parking is a block away for $10. The property, especially the rooms show their age. However, our room was decorated in a way that reminded us of the old South, specifically old Charleston. The bed was very comfy and the AC worked great. Coffee in the lobby was good. Breakfast on the property is ordered then brought to your room. The highlight is sweet Annabelle… the sweetest kitty on earth! We would definitely stay there again."

"Believe me, the Omni in Richmond is a wonderful hotel. I’ll just say that if you’re looking for a luxurious top tier level of hotel, it isn’t all the way there. You’ll notice some little things top hotels don’t let slide. The walls are super thin. I felt like I could have a conversation with our neighbors through the wall (without yelling). We were lucky not to hear any nefarious activities going on. Also, the bathroom door had some wear and tear. The windows needed a scrubbing too. No big deal....

"There was mold in the bathroom and mold in the ceiling of the room, when we checked out and told the gentleman at the front desk, he was like OK. The bathroom was not in good shape and had multiple cracks around the shower. The beds were very uncomfortable, we would not stay there again."
