"This is probably the best hotel we've stayed at in Japan. The hotel was beautifully maintained, had high end amenities, and the room was very spacious for being a Japanese hotel. The bed and room was so comfortable. The location of the hotel was also extremely convenient to stay and get around during the vacation. We will absolutely stay here again."

"清潔な客室でスタッフの対応もわかりやすく丁寧でした。"

"The room was small but clean. All was digital so we didn’t see the staff. It offered a nice breakfast."

"Easy to find hotel in location close to Subway and Hankyu Railway with Shin Osaka close by too. Nice Staff. Multiple convenience stores located close by."

"The location is good. Close enough to metro stations to get around easily and the side streets around the hotel are pretty cool. The hotel itself is good but it didn’t meet the expectations we had going in to it. The room was spacious enough for two people and two large checked bags to go under the bed. The cleanliness was not to our expectations unfortunately. The bathtub handles and walls of the tub could do with some cleaning and the fan over the tub was full of caked dust. The shower head...

"Hotel is nice and clean, in a convenient area close to train stations, Yodabashi camera & many food choices. So very crowded and busy. Good time to wash clothes is 2am otherwise it’s difficult to wash. The washroom is always in use. Otherwise its close to everything."

"I always stay here when I am in Nara. It is right next to the train station so it makes it a walk to get to the main sights but it is awesome you don’t have to carry your luggage far. The spa is great, they have washing machines, the breakfast is amazing, it is super clean, the beds are comfortable, the elevators/guest ratio is good, and it is quiet. Only thing I hate is the light in the entry way is motion detecting…every time you go to the bathroom, it turns on!"

"Excellent location, helpful staff and very welcoming, very comfortable room. If I go back to Osaka I’ll stay with them again."

"Lovely hotel"

"A very nice, modern, clean and friendly place to stay in Osaka. Staff are very helpful and in a good location to catch trains and buses. I will most certainly be staying here again!"

"温泉も朝ごはんもよかったです！ ただ、サウナの温度が低かったです。"

"Everything was amazing - the room and the hotel, the location, the staff, the service. I highly recommend."
