"Everything about my visit exceeded expectations. My room was clean and spacious with plenty of outdoor space perfect for watching the storm outside. I loved the architectural elements throughout the building which was gorgeous to look at especially the outside details. "House keepers were very nice and friendly, room was clean. Check in process was complicated and delayed due to not receiving any emails prior to check in day despite them asking for my email and they sent information through text to my phone number instead (which I couldn't receive)"

"Castle Inn was a quaint, clean & charming apartment in the center of the old Castle area. We felt like we were living like a local even though it is a popular tourist destination. It is very central to everything.
The owners were always quick to respond & were very helpful.
We would definitely stay there again. "

"Hallways had a musty smell. Purchased room early online and wish I would of waited until the day of stay. Price was about half of what we paid. The gentleman that checked us in was very polite and informative. "

"clean room ,laundry facilities, space, and best of all was location- guys you dont need an expensive hotel room.
i would have like a slightly firmer mattress and pillows but thats my preference , and i would definately stay here again.
tv is small - but your not in lisbon to watch tv- "
