"Solo contesta in robot. Reservé por error de ubicacion, lo reporte de inmediato y no hubo forma de hablar con alguien para cancelarla, cambiarla y queria el reembolso. Me sentí totalmente robado por ustedes. Hable 10 o mas veces con expedia, que me dijeron que seguro harian el reembolso. Y el hotel solo contesto como robot. De ya te cobré y no les importó nada. Los considero abusivos, y si les digo que solo me robaron mi dinero. Lean sus letritas que te van a robar y no te haran ningun...

"Excellent location and place. Other than one small check in issue, it was a fantastic place. Its right next to the train and the subway system and the palace and its museums. Very pleased and definitely will return again.
Only very small issue was the owner did not send us check in instructions until the day of the check-in. I requested it in advance to get the details before I left my home country but they said I had to wait and only provided it 3 hours before so had to find a place with wi-fi...

"Very thing is good and spacious just a small elevator but better than climbing the stairs with your luggage.You can hear some footsteps above but everything you need is there and if your tired you can just slept right through anyway.
If you want to save money this place is good."
