"部屋の掃除がきちんとされていませんでした。パッと見は掃除されてるように見えますが、机や棚の上など飲み物か液体が溢れた跡のようなものがあり、全て 除菌ティッシュで拭いてから使うようにしました。冷蔵庫の中も汚くて驚きました。また、ベッドの下から使用済みスリッパが２つも出て来ました。子どもがベッドに倒れるとものすごい埃が立って、清潔とは言えない部屋だと思いました。"

LOTTE CITY HOTEL MYEONGDONG
"Very clean room. The hallway was a little warm but we went in the summer so that is understandable, I do love being on the 3rd floor where the laundry room, gym and microwave are located. The area of the hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the heart of Myeongdong shopping so it was very convenient. ..."
