"I enjoyed my stay. Check in & check out was super easy. I love the 2 free drinks that came with check in. The bed was a little too firm for me but overall I had a great stay. The hotel is in a great location with Meyongdong Night Market being in walking distance right around the corner. It’s near all of the restaurants, shopping area, public transportation, etc.. I had a delicious steak dinner at the hotel and their drinks are nice & strong. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit"

"Excellent staff services and there were plenty of staff ready for your needs. Great amenities such as free coffee and ice cream at the lounges. Nice swimming pool for summer swim. Great breakfast buffet. This Marriott is head and shoulders above other Marriott, such as one in HongDae. I would come back again."

"The location was great. The carpet had stains on it. You can see the wear and tear of the washroom even where the main room is. I would only stay again because of the location. Some staffs are friendly, and some would completely ignore you. And if you approach them with a question, they looked irritated that you asked them a question. This is my honest review of the Lotte Hotel Seoul. For a five star they can definitely do a lot better."

"Enjoyed our stay very much. Staff was helpful and nice. Room was clean and spacious. Very happy with the location. Not on the busy Myeongdong street, but close enough to all the main attractions. Located right outside was hop on/off bus and airport limousine bus stop. In-between 2 metro stations stops. We also enjoyed the communal kitchen with different food options and use of laundry facilities for free. I would suggest an additional food option available for vegetarian/vegan; perhaps oatmeal...

"Room size was ok, not much walking space. But there is a huge espresso machine which I love it. It dispenses hot water too, save the water boiling time. Appreciate that all the minibar items are free. Location is just opposite Namdaemun, with a twosome cafe and Burger King downstairs. Airport limousine bus just opposite the property too."
