"The hotel and staff were nice. Unfortunately it is the end of October and getting chilly in Seoul, there was no way to control the thermostat so the room was cold. I asked the front desk and there was no way to control it but they were kind enough to bring me a portable oil heater. Once again, it was a bit disappointing because the heater barely helped warm up the room. I ended up wearing layers to bed and making a “blanket cave” to stay warm. Everything else about the hotel was great, it was...

"I was honestly disappointed with my stay at Novotel Suites Ambassador Seoul Yongsan. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and overall maintenance from a hotel like Novotel.
To start, the entrance and access to the check-in area were inconvenient and not particularly welcoming.
My biggest issue, however, was the cleanliness. While the towels and bedding in my room were clean, there was dust everywhere. It didn’t look like the room had been properly dusted or vacuumed in quite some...

"立地がよい。スタッフからは特にホスピタリティは感じなかったが、テキパキと仕事をしていたので良かったと思います。隣の部屋のドアが閉まるとドンという感じの音がしたので、やや壁が薄いのかな?
ちょうど予約時に安くなっていたのかもしれませんが、朝食がすごく安かったです。その 分期待ゼロでしたが、種類も多く、美味しくいただきました。"

"I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and found it very good, especially very good breakfast and rather modest but still usefully stocked gym. The hotel is located at the very southern edge of Seoul, slightly remote place but easy access to the hearth of Gangnam via a metro (within 10-min ride). The access from the ICN airport may need multiple transits and take long time. The room is clean but you can hear some audible noise from adjacent rooms -- which I found only one downside of this...

"We stayed at Naru hotel for 3 nights in a room on the 17th floor overlooking the Hangang river. The view was spectacular, especially at night and early morning. We truly enjoyed the breakfast on the 22nd floor, there was a lot to choose from, and the food quality was outstanding. The view in the dining room was breathtaking.
We enjoyed their swimming pools (indoor and infinity) a lot. The water was heated in both, and the view from the infinity pool (on the 21st floor overlooking the river and...
