"Surrounding was tranquil and 50m swimming pool an advantage. Room spacious but dated and bathroom smelled. Staffs at reception were unfriendly and unhelpful. Be prepared to get your own luggage trolley to lug your bags up your rooms and vice versa; no help from staffs at all. No hospitality during our 4days stay there. Been a guest of OCC for years but recent stay was a major disappointment. "

"Carole and Alf are the best @ the reception desk They are friendly and very helpful with whatever questions you have regarding transportation, MRT, buses, taxi or Grab and the places to eat. They'll always tell you the best option(s). Any concerns just ask them and they'll resolve it immediately. Firdaus kept our room sparklingly clean daily with fresh towels daily. We just love these staff. It's our 1st time in Singapore and they made our visit much less stressful."

"Overall, our stay was good. We booked a room without a window, which was completely fine since we weren’t planning to spend much time in the room anyway. The room was definitely smaller than I expected based on the photos, but I’ve stayed in other big cities like Tokyo and New York, so it wasn’t a huge surprise. "Die Zimmer sind klein aber funktional und sauber.. man hat kein Fenster aber das kann auch positiv sein weil es keine Mücken gibt. Es gab alles was man brauchte. Eine kleine Miniküche mit Induktionsherd und Spülen und einen Wasserkocher mit Geschirr für zwei Personen. Absolut ausreichend wenn man das Zimmer nur zum Übernachten uns Ausruhen braucht.
