"It was fine for a place to stay but a little noisy. Hotel is right off Rte 6. From our room we could hear the cars all night. Depending on location of your room though, you may not hear anything. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. And complimentary breakfast in the reception area was nice the next morning."

"Cute spot! Cheap. Easy parking. The doors are bit janky so make sure yours locks properly. If you visit in the summer the rooms will be hot when you walk in but the AC works so you just have to let it run for a bit. Wear slippers because it looks like the carpet hasn’t been properly deep cleaned in quite some time."

"The comforter had mold on the inside of it so we had to sleep just with the down sheet on. I also paid for queen beds and didn’t get what I paid for. Will not go back."

"The Inn is centrally-located, and is convenient to restaurants and bars. The performers in the Lounge are varied, friendly, talented, and entertaining. The Staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. Interns of potential improvements: 1. The drink prices are a bit high. 2. The parking fees are very high."

"We had a very nice room with a balcony that looked over the bay. We only stayed one night so we did not use many of the amenities available at the resort, but the beach looked good and it all seemed well run. We had a nice breakfast at the Top Mast cafe. I could definitely see staying there again. "

"The only positive thing what is the location? The room was very small. The space between the bed and the wall was only 12 inches. The bed frame was partially off. The boxspring was dirty. The floor rug was very dirty. The pier parking was full after certain hours. The price for this stay was too high for the type of room it was. I couldn’t wait to leave. The brochure was deceiving."

"Could not have asked for a better stay in Wellfleet. We were looking for a long weekend getaway and the Southfleet Motor Inn did not disappoint. Upon arrival, the woman at the check in was super friendly and helpful. Our room was extremely clean, spacious and well maintained- the AC ran ice cold during the 100+ degree heat wave, The amenities were above what you would expect for a motel on route 6. Two pools (indoor and outdoor) both very clean, small playground for kids, and the owners...

"Wonderful guest house in great location...easy walk to shops, restaurants, marina! Allison was a wonderful host and so helpful with recommendations for local dining, etc. Loved the laid back, friendly atmosphere and the quiet backyard fire pit in the evening. Looking forward to a return visit!"
