"Great value for money. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The only small downside was that there was still a slight smell from recent renovations. Overall, it was a very good stay and I would recommend it to other travellers."

"We had a great short stay. The room was small but clean. The room was very hot which is not ideal for sleeping, they did however keep the common room cool. They host was very responsive and responded quickly to answer any questions. We did enjoy our stay"

"I don’t understand how this property has such high ratings on Expedia because our experience was completely different. The photos and description do not reflect reality.
We only needed an affordable place for one night and expected it to be clean and safe. Instead, we found a dirty apartment with stained furniture, dirty doors, a stained sofa, leaks in both the bathroom and the kitchen, and only one dirty fan despite the extreme heat. "This location is a bus ride
From the center of Lucerne. Not terrible but keep it in mind if you have luggage. It is close to the bottom of the Pilatus lift, so that’s an advantage. Room is quite small. Shared kitchen, bathroom and common space. Private shower. Overall it was good and worth the price"
