"Always our go to hotel when we are the Orlando area. Staff is very helpful, property is clean and quiet, beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious and bathroom provides large size gels, lotions and shampoo/conditioners. There is a 24/7 self service coffee service area in lobby and breakfast selection is wonderful. There are alot of dinning options right in front and sides of hotel, such as IHOP and Longhorn. My family and I love this hotel."

The hotel is located in a convenient location with plenty of restaurants within a short walk. I stayed for 3 nights and didnt really need a car. The shuttle pickup and drop-off from MCO is also a very helpful amenity."

"If you want to use the shuttle from / to the airport, make sure to make the reservation by speaking to the front desk. The only negative I have to say is that the waiting time at the airport could be longer than waiting for an Uber"

"Room was clean and housekeeping helpful however walls are very thin and can hear everything in the room next door and outside…so many planes flying over the hotel. Im not a light sleeper but I was woken up every night. Also the last day called front desk to request help with the toilet however kept us on hold and ended up looking for the housekeeping and had to plunge the toilet ourselves. Would most likely not go back."

"This place is okay. The first front desk lady was kinda rude when we got there. We flew with my 4yo for the first time from
Illinois and it’s been a long day for us that started at 4am. We got there at 240pm and she had an attitude when I said I was there to check in stating Check in isn’t until 3p. I asked about a possible early check in and she rudely said yeah $25! We waited in the lobby instead for the 20mins to check in. All the other staff I encountered were very nice and helpful. Even...
