"In my opinion, the room in which we stayed was subpar at best. There were stains on the carpet, hair on the floor in the bathroom. Altogether, the bathroom was not clean and ready for guests to occupy. The tub showed signs of mold, the toilet seat was loose or broken, which was a hazard in what was advertised as a handicap accessible room (NOT).
The King size bed had a severe dip in the middle which hindered any restful sleep. We asked for another room and were told that no other room was...

"This is the only hotel in Lynchburg that abides by taking in only service dogs and keeping them limited to first floor and cleaning all the rooms throughly for danger. Place is great for people who have allergy to animal dander.
