Management was accommodating when supplies were needed. I had a mouse in my room the last night of my stay and it made sleeping difficult. I was offered a new room but stayed in my room because checkout was only 7 hours away and I didn't see packing up just to unpack and pack up again. Overall the staff was courteous and accommodating.
