"After I booked the hotel I received an email with check in instructons and a phone number.
I was arriving at 1am so I wanted to verify it wasn’t a problem. I was informed it was a home stay and to call him when we arrived at the airport and that the time was fine.
I called him and had a friend from India that was with us call on his phone. NO ANSWER AFTER MULTIPLE CALLS.
After a long flight I arrive to no hotel at 1 am. I have to have a taxi driver take us to a airport hotel that was open....

"CONS- Basic rooms okay for a night stay in case of a layover. It’s on a busy and noisy street and the rooms are not sound proof. The Bathrooms need a serious update as there is no separate wet and dry area so the entire bathroom gets flooded when you take a shower and the water does not drain quickly.
The fan regulator of our room was not working so the fan ran on full so had to keep it off and even the Ac’s temperature could not be regulated with the remote.
PROS - The breakfast was fresh,...

"Review
My stay at lemon Tree hotel in aerocity was truly excellent! The comfort, amenities, and overall hospitality made my experience memorable. Everything was well-maintained, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. What impressed me the most was the hotel’s inspiring employment policy of having approximately 70% of its housekeeping and other staff members who are deaf or hard of hearing. This commitment to creating an inclusive workplace and providing meaningful employment opportunities...
