We rented the house for our daughters sweet 16 birthday weekend. Plenty of room and comfortable beds. The kitchen/dining area was spacious and decorated wonderfully. We had a blast with the hot tub, ping pong, bikes and games. The beach was 5 minute bike ride and the house was centrally located. We can't wait for our next stay.

Malia and Arnold were great hosts. Everything was just as described. There was a room for everyone and a bath to use. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the foos ball and ping pong as did the adults and enjoyed flying kites on the beach. The hot tub was a welcome warm up. It was a short walk to the beach and a bit further on the Promenade which took us to the arcade, shopping and bumper cars There are two sitting areas but we mostly used the one by the kitchen as we all wanted to be together. Our family of 9 were very happy with our stay. Thank you!

We found this property exactly as presented in the website. Everywhere in the house was very clean and well maintained, as well as the surrounding property. We ate in much of the time and was very happy with how well supplied the kitchen was with cookery, utensils, dishes. The family enjoyed the use of the hot tub, which was clean and easy to use. We especially enjoyed the fire pit to sit around, visit, and recap our days. All in all, we couldn't have been happier with Beachy Pine and look forward to visiting again.

Awesome property! It was beautiful and clean, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The only reason I didn’t do five stars was the paperwork you have to fill out prior to your stay. I’ve never had to fill out names and ages of all those staying at the property as well as vehicles and licenses plates and pet paperwork. It just seemed like a bit of overkill. The hosts were very communicative and kind.

Annual cousins get together

Check in with as a breeze and the house had a welcoming rustic feel and was nice and clean! With 10 of us, the layout was great with the kitchen in between two living room spaces so the adults could visit in one and kids could watch TV or play the games in the other. Having 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was a plus too. Back deck was large and the hot tub was a hit for the kids. The fire pit was lovely as well. Although we didn’t have time to use any of the bikes, the boys loved the foosball table and ping pong table in the garage. It was a jam packed 2 nights and days and I would love to come back again and stay longer. It was a pleasure working with Malia!

The house is we’ll layer out and well equipped. Fire pit was great and used often! The location is great- close to everything but in a quiet location so you don’t feel like you are on display (like being right on the Promenade). Communication with the owners was quick and easy. Loved the large deck to expand the usable space. The house is older - and charming or a bit outdated depending on how you look at it. ( as is typical of an older home the kitchen is small and bedroom closets don’t exist). I think a little more care should be given to making sure everything is in working order ( a shower fixture and window sash came apart in my husbands hand- but luckily he is handy!) The house was very clean! Overall We all made great memories and really enjoyed our stay! Thanks so much!

We stayed three nights with a large group that included our teenage kids and some of their friends, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.The location is amazing—within walking distance to the main strip and the beach which made it easy to explore shops, choose from multiple restaurants and enjoy everything Seaside has to offer.The home itself is super cozy with a fun beachy feel. It was incredibly well-stocked, thoughtfully set up, and clean.The amenities were top-notch:A hot tub, ping pong table, and foosball table that kept the kids entertained aling with multiple tvs.Puzzles and games tucked away in the cabinetA fully equipped kitchenComfortable spaces that made it easy to relax and enjoy ourselvesThe house had everything we needed to feel right at home, and we would absolutely stay here again. Great Family-Oriented Place to Stay

This was a perfect place for a family gathering--5 adults and 3 kids. The kids loved running around in the yard, playing ping-pong. It was within walking distance of the beach which we visited on multiple days, using sand toys from the house. There were bikes and helmets available, which we did not use because we ran out of time.The house was very clean and had so many options for things to do. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked, so I hesitate to say that we kept looking for a regular toaster, which we couldn't find. There was a toaster oven available though. The kitchen space is best used by one person at a time. We all hope to return there again. Thank you to Malia and Arnie.

Recommend!

As a work team, we enjoyed this home! The home was clean and sanitary, the additional accommodations made it extra homey, such as; bikes to ride into town and he beach. The firepit got a lot of use. The hot tub was great. There is a game room and plenty of room for each of us to hang out or have alone time. I highly recommend this home and will definitely book again!

Family trip

Brought the entire family to Seaside. The house was perfect for all of us. Plenty of room, activites. Close to the beach. Walking distance to the shops and ice cream shop.Everyone loved it! A cute beach house that has everything!

We loved our stay at this house. It was spotlessly clean- top to bottom. It had everything needed for a great beach trip. Every time we thought "gosh, it'd be nice to... catch some crabs... ride a bike...BBQ... take chairs to the beach for a bonfire...etc- this house had it all! Our family likes to spend time together in common spaces and also be able to retreat to quiet spaces to relax, and this has both! And the setting of the house is unreal. You feel like you are in a quiet woods. Just lovely!

Bachelorette weekend

Great place , we had 10 people staying with us and we all fit, we did bring air mattresses. The house was so cozy and close to town. Less than 5 minutes away. The place was so clean and just a wonderful weekend away. We all had a blast at the house and Mahalo and Malia were great host!

Review of Vacation Home

Vacation home was comfortable and accommodated our kids and all adults. Host was quick to reply to maintenance needs which was only one. Hot tub was not heating and a maintenance person was out at the home within a half hoiur. Problem was resolved to our satisfaction. A little bit of TLC is needed as it is an older home but nothing major and nothing that would prohibit us from returning. We enjoyed our stay!!
