"Noise between floors was substantial and not awesome."

"What a delightful property! The location was great (quick walk to the beach), accommodations were wonderful and so many little details that made for a fantastic stay. Host was so easy to work with and gave us suggestions about things to do in the area. Highly recommend for a relaxing, beautiful get away in Cannon Beach. We definitely would stay there again!"

"This property was perfectly located and very comfortable for a family of four. The listing doesn’t specifically say that it has water views, but the photo showing the river out the front window is outdated and misleading- it should be removed from the listing."

"The property is in a great location. Was clean and well stocked. The unit was very quiet. McMenamins Gearhart is just a short walk as is beach access. We accidentally left a shirt behind. We are still waiting on it to be shipped to us."

"Fantastic location!! Very comfortable and quiet area. Good list of places to visit and things to do. Property was well described so we could find it and the parking spaceBathroom was not as clean as we would of liked (brown specks on toilet seat, black spots and hair on the tub; the pour-over coffee maker did not appear clean).Check out involved washing dishes and leaving in dish dying rack, putting sheets/towel in dryer and starting that load of laundry. Reasonable procedure.All-in-all, great...

"This house is exactly what I was looking for. Small old home to experience life in Astoria. Clean area close to restaurants and the docks. We will be back in the future. The house is fully furnished to cook and live ."

"Great communication from Maria. Nicely stocked."

"Great location!"

"Very nice place, however, they didn’t have air conditioning and there wasn’t a window we could open, except the patio door. They did provide 2 fans, however the one in the bedroom was too loud and we both slept very little on the first night."

"Cute little cabin located close to beach, grocery and restaurants."

"Good location. Problems with plumbing (no dishwasher or sink for 2 days) and no discount offered."
