Während unseres Aufenthalts war das Personal besonders hilfsbereit: Da wir über Weihnachten keine offenen Restaurants finden konnten und sonst nur Mikrowellengerichte gehabt hätten, hat das Team in unserer Abwesenheit ein geeignetes Restaurant recherchiert und empfohlen. Dieser Service hat unseren Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer gemacht."

"Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal. Ob am Empfang, beim Frühstück oder im Car-Management Wir haben uns rundherum sehr wohl gefühlt und herrlich ruhige Nächte in den tollen Betten verbracht. Unser Zimmer ging zum Park raus. Im Frühling oder Sommer ist der Anblick sicher noch viel schöner. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder. "

"Parking is only for check in and check out. Any other time you have to use the public parking gatage which is just across the street but is not cheap! Breakfast was excellent and the room was spacious and comfortable. A good choice for our 4 day trip."

"We staying in this hotel for 6 night , 2 rooms with family of four. We love the stuff here, the sauna experience was amazing! Food in the restaurant was awesome! Surroundings hillsides were amazingly colorful with beautiful fall foliage of the winery and forest! We enjoyed hiking and exploring the “Black Forest”! Nauweier nicely located those places where we wanted to visit, as we have just left, we already thinking about when should we return, hopefully, very soon ! "
