"The hotel is walking distance from the over-congested, very loud core of the old city. It allows you to find quiet when you want it, but it’s close enough to the core that it can be easily walked by most people. We found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. There are a few nice cafes and breakfast spots nearby."

"It's up a steep flight of stairs, which we had no problem with. Others might. The room was clean, spacious, quiet, and comfortable. There was plenty of food on offer. The host was friendly and helpful. Location near train station proved useful. Longish walk to museums or an easy tram ride. Lots of shopping, bars, and restaurants in the area."

We were left comparing this property to a 5 star property in Paris, and this property was much beyond even that! "Amazing boutique experience full of thoughtful and artistic touches throughout. I was surprised and delighted at every turn. The staff were fabulous and helpful, the breakfast was perfection. The 17th century Dutch stairs are no joke however, be aware if you have limited mobility."

"The room was spacious, clean and just all around perfect! We had the most amazing time, the shower was huge, as was the bed. The amenities was fantastic! Robes, slippers, speaker mini bar the whole 9 yards! Would absolutely recommend for couples and without a shadow of a doubt be back!! 11 out of 10!!!"

"The room was probably clean, but there were stains everywhere on the carpet which gave an icky feeling. The lighting in the common areas and in the room is dim. Accessibility is a problem.There are narrow stairs in the lobby going down to the elevator with no ramp. The entrance is uninviting, directly on a dirty street. "Great location . Close to central station easy to get around on trams or subway. Rooms comfortable but not luxurious. High bath to climb in if older . Would prefer a walk in shower. Thought was expensive for lack of amenities eg pool and sitting area together a group. If location most important great choice!"
