Though I realize that people have to make a living, and the desk person was nice and helpful, this place was scary. Plopped down into an industrial area right along the freeway, there were dozens of what appeared to be drugged out people wandering all around the surrounding area many with the “fentynol fold”. I watched what appeared to be a blanket in the trees outside our second story window when suddenly a man crawled out from under it...

"Very clean. Staff was not friendly. Very poor customer service skills. More interested in them selves. Ex: heater didn't work. It was a portable one. They drained it around 8 and by midnight it was out again. I let them know in the morning and thought it would be fixed before I returned that evening, but it wasn't. "The fan came on in bathroom when light was on. Very noisy. Bathtub was peeling. They are doing renovations so that may be on the list. Curtain was not close to window and let in too much light. Coffee was good. Breakfast nice. Shuttle to airport was good. Overall pleasant decor in common area. Would stay there again. Close to a couple restaurants."
