"Great location and well kept hotel. We stayed in a medium sea view room and had a great stay. The customer service was also very good. The only thing I would skip next time is the breakfast as it wasn’t to our liking. Will happily stay again. Parking is limited and very tight!"

"My partner and I stayed for 2 nights 15th to 17th May 2026 at Park View. Our stay could not have been any better. The kerb appeal was beautiful, a well kept building with lovely garden. We were sent a text message with instructions as we would be arriving outside the check in time. The instructions could not have been any clearer. We arrived at our room and were so impressed with the room, the decor was first class, it was very clean and tidy and the bed was so comfortable we slept so good....

We had a double room which was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Scarborough."

Staff were friendly. It was a good location for the town. Meals available, we did not use the these facilities, so carn't comment. We would stay here again. "

"I think the hotel is either new or newly run as they seem to be finding their feet. Check-in was 3pm to 4pm and when I called to say I might be around 6:30, I was told "it's only hour and a half from Manchester" and "there might not be anyone here after 5pm". It felt a bit abrupt in all honesty but when I arrived around 5:30 (Friday school holiday traffic), they were pleasant enough. Breakfast starts at 10:30 to 11:30 which is very late and checkout is 10am. Weird timings, hence my theory they...
