"First floor oceanfront was wonderful for my 90 year old mom and I. Great room. Excellent view. Close to walking out and sitting on a bench. Everyone was very helpful"

"The property was clean and close to event locations"

"Everything perfect"

"I like this Red roof because it’s close to the beach. I don’t like the parking lot it’s too tide and too small."

"Absolutely a wonderful and well ran hotel. Very clean. It is a basic place, nothing fancy, but clean, and extremely helpful staff. Very kind. Breakfast was excellent both days. I watched a maintenance person test the pool chemicals both days even. The price was very good for what we got. I will stay here again. Thank you."

"The gentleman /waiter at Breakfast was exceptional with our grandchildren & adults who were grieving due to family funeral. Food was good."

"The property is Ocean Front. And the views are stunning. The staff was friendly, extremely helpful with suggestions for area activities and restaurants. Breakfast was until 10:30 so sleeping in was an option and they continued to bring hot food out until that time."

"The beach view was great. The breakfast was a good breakfast for the standards of a hotel breakfast."

"The hotel overall was dated. On the second night of our stay we found bugs in the bed and around the room. My husband shared a video with the front desk staff. She was kind and did promptly move our room. She assured us we'd hear from the manager. The room we were moved to smelled like garbage. We attempted ro speak with the manager prior to check out, but we're told she was unavailable. To date, we have never received any outreach or concern. We will not recommend this hotel or return."

"Everything was great."

"Staff was excellent, helpful and friendly, especially at check in! Good location, quiet and comfortable. Would stay again."
