"Lovely quick getaway. The pools are the attraction. Sitting in the spring pools surrounded by trees makes for a relaxing time. The first room I booked was very small with a queen bed. This didn’t suit my son and I so I went to the front desk and was able to upgrade to the 2 queen room with a balcony. This made our stay much more enjoyable."

"The room was decently clean but a huge turn off is that there’s no staff available before 9 AM. I turned on the AC and kettle at the same time and the power tripped. Luckily it was at 8 AM and we were leaving anyway. That’s when we got to know that there’s no one to get it fixed. So if there’s any issue during the night… you are on your own. Not great."

"Staff were great, room was clean, neighbours weren’t loud, room was comfortable. Some things I feel they should install/improve on as a motel would be installing a mini fridge in the rooms, I wasn’t able to keep any leftovers or groceries because I had nowhere to keep them good.
Also installing a deadbolt or second lock for safety - as a woman travelling alone only one lock that can be undone with a key or lock pick was rather unsettling. Otherwise bathroom was great, bedroom and table with...

"The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. Anything that we needed or asked was a breeze of refreshing helpful information or providing us with any needs such as extra towels and toiletries.
Very handy to have coffee and hot chocolate 24/ 7. Breakfast was nice to have on hand for easy start to the day.
The pool was very fun. My little 6 year old couldn't get enough of it. We had super fun on the slide as well. Made everyone giggle and laugh as adults fly down."

"Just don't stay here. I booked in error meaning to book at the Harrison BEACH Hotel which is actually very nice. This place should be torn down if they're not even going to try. Dirty stained carpet, plugged tub, nit enough towels or tp, air conditioner didn't work. Room was so hot and stuffy. Love the village! Still had a great time because I was with my girls and we just live Harrison Hot Springs. Will NEVER make the mistake of staying here again."
