"Room was very clean, as well as all other areas. Breakfast was nicer than I thought. Eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, pancakes and waffles, yogurt & fruit, bagels & English muffins. Staff very friendly and attendant for breakfast very helpful and kind. Overall a great stay with ample parking. We did not use pool but that looked nice."

"Floor was not clean, bathroom sink wasn’t draining water. There was a smoking smell in the room even though it was a non smoking room."

"We just stayed for the night, so we didn’t use any of the amenities that the hotel offer, like the pool or breakfast. Our first room had an AC unit that didn’t work great and the room was hot. They moved us to another room upon request, which was nice of them. The next room had working AC, but the hotel card reader on the door needed new batteries, just typical maintenance. The air in the second room did work, but still didn’t cool as much as we wanted it to. The was also an outlet next to a bed...

"We stayed for a baseball tournament and it was a grand slam! Great rooms, lobby had board games for the kids to play. The pool was nice and clean ( hot tub was nice not a fan of the light it makes the hot tub water look yellow) the pool has grill so we were able to grill some hot dogs and hamburgers after a game. The breakfast was good( normal hotel choices). The stuff was great and helpful. Overall it was the perfect hotel."

"Bugs in the pool the freezer part of the fridge was so iced up it took 2 days for my fridge to defrost and be usable. The 24hr coffee was not hot at night and maybe there would be cream stocked at night maybe not. Same breakfast everyday for 5 mornings. Next time I'll book a hotel that offers options for meals and cleans the pool. The housekeeping staff was very very friendly. Best part of my stay."

"It was my third time at Magnolia and I enjoyed every time; however, it seems it went down the hill. Hotel and rooms are clean, water pressure fenomenal. Pool area is no longer enjoyable. Non guests are coming to use the pool with lots of pool toys and floaties, children are out of control. At least 3 maybe 4 groups a day specially on the weekend. They leave the pool at evening, pack their cars with coolers and toys an drive away. Pool is not maintain well anymore. "
