"I booked a room with a king bed. When I arrived the room had 2 queen beds. I went to the main desk to let them know. I was told that they had a staffing issue and not all rooms were cleaned but she did assign a new room. This room also had two queen beds. I went to the desk again. She came to the room and stayed it was a king suite and the beds were both king. She was insistent. We stayed but were crunched in the one bed. When we checked out I also let them know what happened but they did not...

"The breakfast did not include scrambled eggs or a variety of fruit. The water coming out of the shower and sink makes it impossible to rinse off soap properly. It is strange—it feels as if the water itself contains soap; when we rub our hands together, it lathers up, and for this reason, we are unable to rinse off soap and shampoo effectively. It is a good hotel, however; the facilities are comfortable, the air conditioning is excellent, and the staff is very friendly."

"One Elevator remained broken the entire stay. Water in bathroom was absolutely horrible and smells like sulfur, it was awful. How does a “remodeled” hotel have no alarm clock?? The rooms smelled musty after speaking with others on 3rd floor. The breakfast was basically empty metal pans. Sadly, this property has gone down hill and looks like it won’t be our “go to” place to stay when in town. "

"Nasty room that smelled like stale cigarettes, Curtains were tire and dirty, door was rusted, outlets didn’t work, plugs fell out. I got sick from the smell so we had to check out and find another place for the second night. Very disappointed and would not recommend."

"Place was not clean. Someone’s loofa was hanging in the shower. Had to wear shoes in the room/from the shower as I was getting stuff all over my socks, mostly people’s hair. I woke the second morning to find a bug crawling on me that I killed before identifying it. I pulled back the sheets and had another bug crawling in the bed that I filmed and took a pic of."

Upon being shown this, the manager made a very firm point to inform me that they have a no refund policy. This was genuinely about as bad as it gets. "
