"This house was clean, welcoming, had more "staples" supplied than most others we have been to! They were very communicative, obviously took pride in their service! Will definitely visit again! Highly recommend!"

"We stayed at the River House for our wedding weekend! It was truly the most special place to stay. The river was so calming and relaxing and the grounds were stunning. Linda and Wally are incredible people - we will 100% be back! "

"We needed a centralized location for day trips tasting the local craft breweries. This was a great midway point and as described. Hosts were super attentive and responsive. This is in a very rural space, but we got there at night with google maps and no issues. We didn't take advantage of the hot tub or fire pit, but the set up looked great and lots of campfire cooking tools at your disposal. You are on the bottom of a residence so if the sound of footfalls above you would wake you up have ear...

"We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was nice and cozy. The beds were comfortable. My only complaint would be the stairway is steep and a little scary going downstairs wirh anything in your hands. Overall, we had a great stay, ans would definitely stay again. "

I only thing I wish was the deck from inside could have been handicap accessible for my mom to enjoy watching everyone play outside or have dinner outside with us. She still had a blast and we were grateful to find the indoor handicap accessible as sometimes it’s hard to find for family vacations. "

"Like many stated in other reviews, they really need to stay up on the lawn. It was a mess and led to my fiance falling in a hole by the dock. Superior location and the house itself was cozy. I would stay again. Maybe just pay someone to mow the lawn?"

"The owners were very nice and helpful, they were able to do our laundry and responded promptly to anything we requested. Bed was comfortable and had a good time on the lake. Would recommend their properties. Only bad things were dishes weren't the cleanest and the water had a foul odor."
