Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les jacuzzis interieur et exterieurs qui sont l'un des points forts de l'hébergement. L'hôtesse (Lena) était très accueillante, serviable et arrangeante! The rooms were clean and well kept. The hot tubs and lounges areas were outstanding. Breakfast in the morning was terrific. And most importantly, the staff, specifically Efi, was unbelievable in accommodating us and making us feel welcomed and at home during our stay.

Logement intimiste dans Karterados, petite ville bien située pour se rendre à Fira (7-8 min en voiture ou 30min à pied).La suite executive est extraordinaire, la piscine chauffée fait son effet, la chambre est gigantesque ainsi que la salle de bain et il y a des armoires pour ranger votre linge. Le petit-déjeuner est très complet, vous avez le choix entre 4 propositions et il peut vous être servi en chambre ou à l'extérieur de la villa. Lena qui est sur place de 9h à 17h est extrêmement gentille et serviable et saura répondre à vos attentes. Je recommande vivement ce logement si vous souhaitez des vacances au calme.

Utopia Villas was an amazing experience and highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit Santorini Greece. It is very clean, I loved the visuals of the hotel, they provide breakfast, have a pool inside and outside your room and the view from the rooftop is amazing. It is walking distance to so many restaurants and other attraction and the Staff are the nicest people you can ever met! 10/10 my partner and I truly loved it!

We stayed for 2 nights and this was a perfect place. Nice and quiet. Our hostess, Efi, was wonderful to say the least. She arranged all our transports for us and made our stay very comfortable. Cannot thank her enough. The room was very convenient and had an indoor jacuzzi which was much needed after a long day of touring.

This was the most amazing hotel we have been at for a while. Efi was a amazing part of it and also the room was amazing. She contacted us before we arrived and help us with everything. The breakfeast was amazing and the jacuzzi on the roof was just amazing. Overall there is nothing to complaint about and we Will definately be returning.

The most beautiful stay!

This was genuinely one of my favourite stays, and the place itself was so so beautiful! This place truly did exceed all of our expectations and is even better in real life than the photos. It only has 4 rooms, so the place feels very peaceful and they serve breakfast in the morning which you can enjoy up on the roof terrace with amazing views of Karterados village. We felt so looked after, our host Efi was exceptional in every single way, super accommodating but also very genuine and nice which made our stay even more special. You will not be dissapointed if you stay here.

Our stay was exceptional. Our host Artemis is beyond perfect catering to all and every one of our needs. Stayed here with my boyfriend for 4 nights and from the night before our stay to the security line check in at the airport, Artemis took care of every one of our needs. Place is in a village area so you might need cars, but is easily walkable to nearby village and to Fira town. But for most of our stay Artemis drove us around anyways and would be around 20 euro per transfer. Place is beautiful and the indoor hottub was great. Artemis catered to us wanting a massage and got people to come in for that service and all the room service food was amazing. Could not have been a better stay. You don’t feel imposed or anything like that, they give you your own privacy but they’ll always be there at your beck and call and ready to help. They deserve all the ratings and more. We had a pleasant stay in Santorini because of them.

The facility was extremely clean and our suite was sureal with the built in heated pool. An excellent place to wind down after touring the island. Efi is a fantastic hostess and made sure our stay there was extremely comfortable. The location is close to the airport and on the outskirts of most of the popular areas. it however gave you a true appreciation of Greek culture and the cave style method of architecture. Efi was able to arrange delivery of a rental car at short notice and allowed me to make the most of my days there, not being restricted to a small radius. Having a car at this location is a must and once you are mobile it actually is a very convenient location being close to kamari beach and fira. It was about a 25 min to Oia. All in all the facility is very soothing, clean and comfortable and I would not hesitate to stay there again if I'm in Santorini.

Our stay here was soooo amazing. Loved every moment it. So clean and beautiful 😍👌 and the host makes the stay at this villa even more amazing. She makes you feel at ease by helping you with everything you may need, want or have questions about. She helped us with our bookings or canceling reservations when things came up as we didn't have easy access to out bookings, due to difference phone services, so she helped take care of those problems. Super attentive! Literally, you text her about anything you may have questions about, she responds right of way, not keeping you waiting. She was super kind and friendly. Definitely recommend Utopia Villa for your stay if you’re ever thinking about visiting Greece Santorini. Best part of my boo and I summer this year. Thank you Efi! 😊🙏💖

So my partner and I stayed from the 25th august to the 28th - and we loved every moment of our stay. We had the exec room with the large jacuzzi (which was as nice). The room was clean and to a high standard. I would recommend slippers as the journey from the showers back to the room can get a little messy with water trails. Otherwise - we couldn’t fault the suite. Efi (utopia villas front of house concierge) was amazing - she was available 24/7 to any queries we had, both in person or via a quick whats app text. Breakfast was a little “lacking” in that it wasn’t made on-site but rather made in the “canteen” and brought over in the morning (if you have placed the order with Efi the night before). It’s not really appealing, and definitly not worth waking up early for to eat. The food is edible but not particularly appealing, it’s Small portions (not suitable for gym goers) and served in containers…. But that being said - it wasn’t a reflection on the hotel itself. Our time at UV was amazing, would throughly recommend a short stay there for any couple. EFI is definitely the icing on the cake, she is sweet, personable and always ready and willing to help.

We spent 4 nights at Utopia villas and could not recommend it more! We had just stayed in Fira and Oia which were both far too busy and congested, but the moment we arrived and were welcomed by the concierge Efi we really started to enjoy our holiday. We stayed in the Junior Suite which felt so luxurious with the indoor hot tub and modern cave aesthetic. It was really well equipped with a kitchenette space and sofa, Netflix, travel adapters and steamer for your clothes. You would have to pay through the roof to get this luxury and comfort in the other places, and you wouldn't have any privacy there. But the main reason we would recommend Utopia is Efi, who was absolutely incredible! She is the friendliest and most amazing concierge we've ever met, and will probably ever meet! She anticipated our every need, and helped with anything we asked. On the first day there she booked us a sunset cruise, wine tour, arranged taxis and a quad bike for us. We didn't have to do a thing, she made our holiday so special. By quad in one single day we visited Meglachori, Pyrgos, Akrotiri and Fira, so the location was no issue and travelling by quad is a lot of fun! You can have breakfast served to your room or on the roof terrace which is cosy and has a hot tub overlooking the town. If you have any doubts before booking, don't, because Efi will make it worth it the second you arrive! We miss her already

Hôtel magnifique et bien positionné

The room was beautiful and comfortable, with a nice view of the terrace and 2 swimming pools outside to admire the view. we were welcomed by Elfi who was very pleasant and warm, she knew how to welcome us and answer all our questions, while advising us perfectly on the deferent activities and restaurants to do. She is an excellent host I highly recommend, the stay was great and the hotel contributed to this success. we rented a quad on site to facilitate our travels, the hotel is located in the center and is convenient for getting around.
