"I have to say, this is a very unique property. The view is absolutely stunning, of course. The room was spacious and clean, with high quality bathroom products. "Very good location, close to main pedestrian area of Oia, quiet and within proximity of parking area. Very useful information provided by the staff. Staff very accommodating and helpful. "The staff were amazing and helpful at every second. I love this place and will be back asap. The beach is right in front of the hotel with reserved beach chairs and a button to have everything delivered with a smile and great atmosphere. We checked out and ended up with more time before our flight and they treated us like we were still staying actually made us feel like family. Even offered us to shower and refresh before we went to the airport. Love love love this place. "

"We stayed at Belvedere for two nights. The staff were very friendly. Great location. The food was excellent. Recommend taking a chilled day by the pool and ordering from the pool bar. The breakfast, pool bar food, drinks and coffee was so good. "

"This property has the ideal location, you can easily walk to Fira but not so close that it feels busy and congested. The staff was absolutely amazing… super friendly, very helpful with recommendations and helped booking reservations. Very clean property with a great vibe. "

"Beautiful and convenient location. The property and room were stunning (that view!), so clean. Breakfast delivered to our lanai everyday. Pool was not heated, but a hot tub was also available. Much less crowded than Fira or Oia, right next to great restaurant (Onar’s), and the caldera rim trail. Minor things: shower water took a long time to get warm. Directions to the hotel from the street were not very clear, so we initially had a tough time locating. "

"From check-in to check-out, our stay was amazing. We stayed in a room with a beautiful view of the water which was located underneath the pool area. Staff was very helpful in getting our luggage to our room. Breakfast was phenomenal and the staff made us feel like family. "We stayed at Phaos Oia Suites for 3 nights in May. It was a comfortable stay , the suite was very spacious and clean . There were some issues with the main door and hot water . The owner was very quick and responsive to all our questions/concerns . It was solved in an efficient manner. The location was great , with breathtaking views ! "Paradise! We stayed two nights at Volcanic Arc Suites. The hotel is magnificent with quality furnishings and tasteful decoration. It's a quiet, family-run hotel with a large pool overlooking the sea. Breakfast is generous and delicious, delivered to your room and left on your balcony.
