"Fantastic flat, however, ceiling plaster pieces/dust had fallen all over the other units common spaces. MaMo rep saw but didnt address it with his colleagues nor offered to send cleaners when he let us in. We absolutely adored the apartment and all that offered but that was an issue. MaMo’s management response was poor since I had asked for paper towels and they didnt respond for a whole day. They also neglected to get a wi-go extender- as one end of the flat had very weak wi-fi. When I called the hotel again, to reach an employee, my call did not go through. I tried to call via the website and using country code, no luck.
