"My family and I had a rough arrival day but after I voiced my concerns, the staff was very attentive and very helpful in fixing the situation. Outside of that, the resort was nice, clean and the staff was very nice."

"Absolutely amazing experience, everything was perfect. The staff was professional, polite, nice and helpful. Food and drinks were delicious. The room was large spacious and ocean front. Highly recommended this resort and hoping to be back!"

"This place was fantastic. Note....we did not get the all inclusive. The room was so clean and fresh. Had the ocean view on the 4th floor. Sleep was very quiet so woke up well rested. One minor thing is that the pillows were the goose feather , so they flattened out pretty quick. Shower and bathroom ..."
