"Deben mejorar lo del estacionamiento.Llegué hacer mi check in a las 6:30 pm y ya estaban los espacios del estacionamiento seleccionados. Aunque el empleado fue muy gentil y me dijo de una área cerca donde estacionar,Me causó inseguridad ."

"Staff was lovely, especially Jay at the front desk who helped me when I suddenly needed a room last minute. Room was beautiful and it was extra comfy for my solo trip. Pool was cute and overall a gorgeous place. Be careful of the streets outside though as some of the people walking through are questionable. The hotel itself was lovely!"

"It seemed nice online but it needs some work. The guest parking lot is in disrepair and the walk to the lobby was dotted with large piles of horse poop. My room had dirty footprints on the tile and the rug needed to be vacuumed. I told them at the front desk in the morning but no one came so I cleaned it myself with a washcloth that was hanging on the shower curtain rod. The pool is nice. Lots of chairs!"

"No water for over 12 hours and the beach is located across the highway you will have to go up stairs and cross the bridge not how it was showed on the website:"

"I stay here every time I go to San Juan. Staff is amazing and has everything you need in one place if you don’t want to leave the resort,"

"First and foremost, there is no water in san juan. Expedia is not doing their due diligence and putting a travel advisory before booking. Thank God la concha had water. Hotel is beautiful. Some of the workers at the restaurants acted like we didnt exist and it was on more than one occasion. Serafina food is amazing. Estefany at Aqa is amazing!!! I wont be back to puerto rico but the la concha will be missed"

"What I liked the most was once I got out of the lobby. The beach was right in front of us."

"Hotel was beautiful and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was horrible experience. Check in time was supposed to be 4pm and we had to wait in lobby over an hour and didn't get our rooms until 5:30pm and we only had one night stay so it threw off our entire evening and we didn't get to enjoy the amenities. They did comp our parking at my request for inconvenience which was nice."
