"Pros: We absolutely loved our stay. The house was very clean, beautifully arranged and extremely comfortable, with everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, including a coffee machine and sandwich toaster, and we also appreciated the iron, ironing board, drying rack and air conditioning upstairs. The beds were very comfortable.
We especially enjoyed the lovely outdoor area with garden furniture and a covered seating space, perfect for meals and relaxing. The peaceful countryside...

"Two dogs barking all the time. No Ac. Toilet crammed. Exhaust fan making noise all night.
The owner was the meanest person- talking to us as if we were staying free.
Worst experience of our life"

"Klein aber fein. Sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail. Herrliche Aussicht vom kleinen Balkon. Nur die Parkplatzsuche war am späten Freitag Abend schwierig, weil gefühlt die halbe Jugend der Toscana nach San Miniato in den Ausgang geht."

"What a truly special place to stay in Tuscany. Zamira was a wonderful and kind hostess, and we couldn’t have asked for more.
Breathtaking views from the hotel, delicious breakfast, and some great restaurants in walking distance. Would 100% go back and would highly recommend it to fellow travellers"

"This is the quirkiest hotel I have ever stayed in. It has the feel and decor of a 16th Century fortified town house combined with crazy art and ornaments.
The staff were super helpful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Loved the honesty bar and the rooftop beer garden.
Loads of great little shops and restaurants inside and outside the city walls and as ever friendly cats all over the place.
Breakfast was great and you can help yourself to the homemade cakes, the real hit is the spinach...
