  • Si la cocina es el corazón de una casa, esta casita es todo amor. La espaciosa cocina cuenta con una isla de carnicero con taburetes altos, una gran zona de comedor y patio tranquilo jardín para disfrutar de su café de la mañana ..

    Ven a vivir como un local en nuestra impresionante casa. Somos parte de Campanilla Compound, una comunidad de 15 viviendas individuales, ubicada a sólo cuatro cuadras de la histórica Plaza Santa Fe. Como todas nuestras casas, esta casita de dos pisos muestra los detalles arquitectónicos del Suroeste tradicional, como los techos viga-vigas, los azulejos de Saltillo y las chimeneas de kiva en la sala de estar y dormitorios. La casa tiene tres baños completos, chimeneas kiva en la sala de estar y dormitorios y dos balcones privados superior para leer y mirar las estrellas. Las puertas francesas en la sala de estar conducen a un patio trasero generosamente sombreado por un árbol de álamo maduro. A lo largo de nuestra casa, usted encontrará la decoración y el mobiliario que hemos seleccionado a mano para mostrar la belleza de la vida auténtica de Nuevo México.

    Estamos ubicados en una tranquila calle residencial cerca de toda la cultura y entretenimiento que Santa Fe tiene para ofrecer. Un paseo de 10 minutos le llevará a todas las galerías, museos, restaurantes y tiendas de la histórica Plaza y Canyon Road. El bosque nacional de Santa Fe y la cuenca del esquí está a sólo 12 kilómetros de distancia, lo que le da fácil acceso a un sin fin de senderos, pistas de esquí y vistas impresionantes.

    La casita es perfecta para dos parejas que buscan una escapada privada de Santa Fe. Viene equipado con todos los lujos que necesitará durante su estancia, incluyendo una cocina totalmente equipada, dos televisores de pantalla plana, sábanas de alta calidad, jabones, secador de pelo, plancha, lavadora y secadora, un sistema estéreo con base para iPod Y wifi en todas partes.

A perfect place to stay

We loved the house. The location was perfect for walking in to Santa Fe and easy parking on site. The house was so well equipped and comfortable - stylish and welcoming. A very quiet area. We loved everything about it. The office for the lets was nearby and very helpful. We had the most wonderful stay.

Sante fe get away

Beautiful property and grounds. Unit was perfect for our stay with lovely southwest design and decor. Clean and spacious, lots of windows and outdoor access. Very attentive and helpful staff. Close to downtown but easy access routes to all the national parks and landmarks we came to visit. Thanks for having us!!

Location Location Location!

This lovely home was perfect for a relaxing week in Santa Fe! The home was very clean, quiet and equipped with everything we needed during our 9 day stay. The location was perfect for walking to downtown and Canyon Road activities and restaurants. We also loved the private balconies and patio for morning coffee and evening sips. Recommend!

Perfect Location for Santa Fe

What an adorable and relaxing place to stay. Clean, fresh, comfortable and within walking distance to square, museums, restaurants. Everything was fresh and ready for us. Easy check in and check out. Comfy beds, relaxing back porch. Perfect porch to watch sun go down each evening. Highly recommend if you want to stay close to Square and enjoy walking everywhere.

Fantastic Location - will stay again

Great two bedroom southwest style place in a large compound. Kitchen was fully stocked. Close to the central plaza. Internet was very spotty. I had to use mobile data for two Zoom meetings (5G signal). Otherwise, a fabulous place. We will definitely book again. For you Santa Fe Wine and Chili Fiesta fans, this place is walking distance to the Grand Tasting on Saturday.

Location location location

Lovely compound. Super convenient to everything. Parking was a breeze. Photos of the bedrooms are misleading. Only one of the two bedrooms upstairs is en-suite… so if you are renting with another couple the bedrooms are not equal in size or amenities and it made it awkward. The online photos made it look like they were more equal. A lot of the windows did not have screens. So the smaller bedroom was stuffy. There are plenty of fans in the closets. The patio water feature was so soothing. The courtyard was filled with flowers. Great balcony to watch sunset.

More detailed descriptions to find the office from the street would be helpful when p picking up the key late at night. Instructions for using the TV must be. updated to match the equipment in Unit 10. Exisiting outdoor lighting must be operational; additional lighting on the paths should be installed to compensate for the unexpected small steps between the parking area and the front door.

A great place to stay in Santa Fe

This is a lovely property and a great fit for friends or family. And great for entertaining - indoors and outside. (We had friends over for dinner twice during our stay. The BBQ uses natural gas and is clean and efficient.) There are two upstairs bedrooms and a sofa downstairs that converts to a bed, with extra linens and pillows. Peaceful and quiet, set back from nearby roads, relaxing, it’s an ideal place to stay (we would stay here again). Bring indoors shoes or house slippers, as the floors (tile and wood) seemed very smooth. It is a short three-ish block walk (downhill) to the plaza. Sidewalks are quite uneven and generally only on one side of the road. Appropriate walking shoes are helpful; flaps are okay too. Many excellent places to eat (The Shed, The Pantry Rio, and more), all within walking distance. A great find and place to stay when visiting Santa Fe.

Wonderful home in a perfect location!

My husband and I loved our stay at this beautiful home! The entire home was perfect - just the right feel for Santa Fe - but my favorite part was all the outdoor spaces. We enjoyed eating and reading outside and were able to watch amazing sunsets. The rooms were tastefully decorated, and nothing was missing that we needed. We would happily stay there again.

Santa Fe charm and close to everything

Campanilla Compound (unit 10) can only be described as designer comfort. Even the beautiful pictures on the VRBO site don’t do it justice! Designer linens and bedding in a southwest vibe only add to the charm of the unit. Multiple balconies from which you can enjoy the beautiful mountains -or- gorgeous sunset add to the experience. Fully equipped, bright kitchen w/ gas bbq right outside allowed us to cook in a few of the nights. On-site parking and easy check-in/check-out. 5-10 min walk to most things you’d want to see (I.e., Plaza, museums, restaurants, canyon road, etc). Can comfortably accommodate 2 couples. We were only 2 and enjoyed the extra space. Highly recommend!

Top notch accommodations in a great location!

My husband, myself, and his sister and her husband enjoyed this VRBO in Santa Fe. It was a great location for walking to the Plaza. The 2 bedrooms and 3 baths were nicely decorated and ample. Great outdoor seating for a visit with another couple who popped over…they may be your next renters as they were quite taken with the place, too!

Property was exactly as described and pictured. Process was seamless. Clean, quiet, walking distance to Square, shops, restaurants and museums. Property was well equipped with essentials, e.g., toilet paper, Kleenex, soap, towels, etc. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Property in a Great Location!

This property is wonderful--elegant, spacious, clean, beautifully decorated with spectacular views of the city and sunsets. The location is perfect for a quick walk to The Plaza for shopping, museums, and restaurants. Kelly and the management team were also just great--professional and generous. So happy we stayed here and can't wait to return.

Classic Santa Fe

We do VRBO rentals often, and this Santa Fe property is wonderful. This is our second time at Campanilla Compound; we stayed in Unit 10 which has classic Northern New Mexico architecture, beautiful decor, tiva fireplaces in the bedrooms and living room, 4 patios to sit out on, each providing lovely views and peacefulness, yet privacy from neighbors, one with a fountain. The location is convenient walking to restaurants and shopping. It is a bit of an uphill climb back from the plaza, but you can always take a vehicle down if preferred.

Cozy, spacious and luxurious

Super clean and luxurious condo with great space for enjoying conversation by the fire. Short walk to main square and very close to fort Marcy hill for sunset views. Lots of outdoor sitting areas and beautiful gardens throughout condo area. Enjoyed this unit a lot!
