The 4 bedroom, 2 story home comes with 2 car garage, 2 courtyards and central heat and air. Viga & Latilla ceilings downstairs, brick floors, kiva fireplace in livingroom, and Santa Fe charm throughout make this townhome a peaceful respite in the middle of the action of area galleries, restaurants, and a sweet walking path along the river.

About the designer: Kelly O’Neal, an accomplished Dallas, TX-based interior designer with a coterie of impressive Dallas-ites for clients, is turning his aesthetic verve to the canvas. Blending modern sensibility with old world technique, O’Neal freely moves through centuries to craft a finished piece. His sense of color is unparalleled and his flair for composition apparent.

For O’Neal, contemporary art is an expression of the moment, captured as the brush hits canvas, expressed in an array of materials. For the last 21 years, O’Neal has been the creative force behind Design Legacy, a celebrated home furnishings collection. In 2018 Kelly opened K.ONEAL, a home furnishings and decor store in the railyard district of Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Quiet Hours from 8pm-7am are strictly enforced. Please move all outside gatherings inside by 8pm. Outside noise is monitored by NoiseAware and violations may results in cancellation of the reservation.

Pets are considered with pre-approval and a required pet fee. Please note, when you bring your pet we trust that you will be responsible for pet clean up inside and outside of the property. Per HOA rules, pets must be leashed at all times. Thank you.

Home base for a 70th birthday for my partner, myself and 3 other friends. Great central location to all of Santa Fe. Also close to Santa Fe friends who hosted larger groups for Friday and Saturday night celebrations. Could easily walk to Canyon road (adjacent to property), museums, Plaza, etc. All of kitchen very well stocked and labeled to make finding everything easy. All beds comfortable and nice linens, plenty of pillow options. Only negative was a/c. Two downstairs bedroom and upstairs bedroom/den do jot have individual units and rely on fans to circulate the A/C from central part of lower level and from hall unit upstairs. All worked out but would have been nice to have individual units in all bedrooms. If advertising office as bedroom, would be nice to have clothes bar in the closet where printer is. Instead, occupant of that room had to share one of closets in primary bedroom. All told, the couple negatives were more something that would make it nicer but would definitely rent again! Outside spaces were a hige plus!!!

Beautiful place, very quiet, exceptionally clean and well furnished. Easy walking distance to Canyon Road and downtown. Perfect for an adult gathering. Multiple sets of keys made going off independently super easy. Really enjoyed having security gates and especially the double garage.

We loved every minute of our stay. Unlike many VRBO properties, the hosts were generous with kitchen essentials, soaps, bath amenities, etc. the kitchen is beautifully stocked with nice quality utensils and equipment. The linens are a nice quality and the beds comfortable. The house is well insulated so there is no concern about disturbing others. Our only small complaint was the lack of an outdoor dining area that would accommodate at least 6. Nit we all loved it and hope to return. There is a nice walking trail close by.

The location is perfects. Just a few steps to the galleries on Canyon Rd. The city shuttle drives back around every 30 min. We enjoyed the many patios. Lovely kitchen. The house was decorated beautifully. Thank you!

Santa Fe in September

High School friends who grew up on the same street and their spouses get together once a year. Santa Fe was our destination this year. We all enjoyed the house so much. Every couple had their own area and the common area gave us plenty of room to gather. Our house was super close to Canyon Rd.

So close to Canyon Road

Four ladies visiting Santa Fe. We were able to walk everywhere in town, but had to taxi to a few spots. A rental car is preferable if you want to explore the region. We felt totally safe in this lovely walled and quiet community.

Girls getaway

The home had a great Sante Fe vibe, which was just what 4 East coast women were looking. We all enjoyed the interesting artwork and attention to every last detail. The kitchen was well appointed and the cabinet/drawer labels made it effortless to prepare our breakfasts. The living areas were comfortable, the fireplace equipped with sufficient wood, providing luxurious lounging mornings and evenings. The proximity to Canyon Road was enjoyable as there are nice restaurants, coffee, chocolate shops and opportunities to wander through galleries right outside the property. While visiting Sante Fe we explored Georgia O’Keeffe’ home/studio and Ghost Ranch, Taos, a Pueblo and Ten Thousand Waves Spa. Thanks for providing a lovely place to visit such a unique town.

Great Location

Everything was great.. Had a wonderful Christmas, thanks for having the Christmas Tree up.. The cooks loved having all the drawers in the Kitchen labeled. The space was great and being in the gated community was a plus. A couple of issues the small bedroom on first floor heat was not working, had a space heater but do not like running them at night. The small bathroom on the first floor did not have a shower head..found in in the garage.....also I fixed the folding door in that bedroom so you don't need the rock to keep it closed. Also need to check the keys to the gate a couple of them did not work. The big issue is the road E Alameda is really bad, pot holes and at our visit mud...not sure who takes care of it. Thanks, Rick Smith
