Boardwalk Beach House

  • Pearl Beach House es una casa recientemente remodelada de dos pisos con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, mostradores de granito y gabinetes nuevos en la cocina. El hermoso tragaluz con iluminación ambiental de cuerda, luces debajo del gabinete y luz colgante se suman al encantador ambiente de relajación de la noche para su disfrute. La casa tiene todo lo que una persona esperaría en una hermosa casa de vacaciones. Tres televisores de pantalla plana, radio / reproductor de CD, juego de Wi-Fi / mesa de rompecabezas, futbolín, tenis de mesa, baloncesto, cuatro bicicletas para adultos y una para niños, sillas de playa y sombrilla, manta de playa, cofre de hielo, tabla de skim, boogie cartón, libros para adultos y niños, y juegos para niños y adultos.

    La casa tiene un balcón en el segundo piso donde se puede ver la montaña rusa, el registro de patinaje y otras atracciones de Santa Cruz Boardwalk. Desde esta cubierta se puede ver el río San Lorenzo y también el icónico puente ferroviario sobre el río San Lorenzo que se encuentra en el famoso paseo marítimo de Santa Cruz. La casa está a diez minutos a pie del paseo marítimo y la playa de Santa Cruz; No es necesario conducir y pagar el estacionamiento. También hay un bonito parque / parque infantil a 5 minutos a pie. Este parque cuenta con columpios, toboganes, un aparato de escalada, cancha de básquetbol y una amplia área de césped para su disfrute. Los senderos para bicicletas / trotones del río, a ambos lados del río, están a solo 4 minutos a pie. Las actividades de entretenimiento están a poca distancia; no se necesita conducir

    Esta hermosa casa tiene el dormitorio principal con su propia cubierta pequeña en el piso de arriba. Esta habitación tiene una cama queen y un televisor de pantalla plana. El piso de arriba también tiene un rincón acogedor para dormir / leer para los niños, la cocina, el comedor y la sala de estar. El baño de arriba tiene una hermosa ducha de azulejos y encimeras de granito. Una habitación en la planta baja tiene una cama queen y la otra habitación en la planta baja / sala de juegos tiene un televisor de pantalla plana grande y una litera de Hollywood. El baño de abajo tiene una bañera con ducha de azulejos y encimeras de granito. Dormir adicional en el salón tiene reina futón.

    Hay dos áreas de relajación al aire libre. La cubierta de arriba tiene una mesa de patio y sillas cómodas. Esta cubierta de vista también una barbacoa de gas y paraguas. También hay una terraza en el patio con mesa, sillas y sombrilla para su disfrute y relajación.

Great Location!

Great location for my family to walk to restaurants, the boardwalk, shopping etc. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Santa Cruz - Thank You!

40 Year High School Reunion

We had a wonderful time. The house was exactly what we were looking for. A half-mile from everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and great for 6 adults

Our large group all commented on liking this property for its size, location, cleanliness and usability. Only minor suggestion would be to provide coffee supplies for the guests.

A perfect place to enjoy Santa Cruz

We used this as a base for seeing many sights that Northern California has to offer. We also had lovely Christmas dinner and new years celebration. Very comfortable with room for kids to play and grownups to visit.

Location was perfect. Was very cozy. House was a bit outdated. some power outlets didn’t work or had 5 things plugged into a surge bar. No real pans to cook off of. Owners came by unannounced and unexpectedly in the morning of the middle of our stay to replace an outdoor table that was broken by the previous renter. I actually had to help him move the table in and out. Didn’t care to ‘work & answer questions’ about something I knew nothing about. Bicycles had flat tires. Out of the 4 TVs, we could only get the living room one to work properly and that was also a challenge. We were able to walk to the boardwalk which was really nice. Used the outside BBQ one night which worked fine also. Overall it was a nice stay.

Great place!

It was a beautiful little place the only downside was the bottom bunk mattress. It was more a piece of plywood than a mattress but other than that it was an amazing vacation.

Nice home for 6 people

Nice home close to the Boardwalk. Very spacious and clean. Kitchen is fabulous. Only issue was the bunk bed in the downstairs bedroom, it needs repaired as the bottom bed is broken and very squeaky.

great location

the neighborhood was very peaceful, property was clean the refrigerator was being replaced we was notified just before checking in but they had a backup in the garage. The property management was great easy check-in easy directions and was really close to the boardwalk and other excursions. Would rent again.

Great Family Place

4 adults and 3 teenagers/children had a wonderful vacation! The house is clean and kitchen/family room is exceptionally nice for large families. Was initially concerned that neighborhood was a little sketchy but it was perfect in terms of proximity to boardwalk and beach and we had no trouble at all. Thank you, Bailey’s!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beds were very hard Andy wife and I didn’t get any sleep. Other than that the house was nice.

Perfect family vacation home

We had the pleasure of staying here for a week and really enjoyed this home. It has a large open living area. Lots of comfy seating. Lots of games and books. Feels homey. The large kitchen has a new fridge and all the serve ware you'll need. The upstairs deck is awesome with a view of he boardwalk and river. The back yard is lovely. Location is good. I would definitely come back here.

Great trip with teens

Took a girl scout troop of (6) 16/17 year old girls. Location was perfect for the scouts to walk to nearby restaurants and the beach/boardwalk. Everything in the house worked great! Scouts were able to cook meals and the kitchen provided all the tools they needed. Kitchen windows have views of the beach and boardwalk. Management company was super kind and helpful. One of the best service experienced. Great place and excellent location. Highly recommend.

Multi-generational Extended Weekend Stay

This property was perfect for our multi-generational extended weekend stay. It was very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. We appreciated the off street parking. We had everything we needed to prepare meals. There were plenty of activities to keep the grandsons entertained. They enjoyed being able to see the lights of the boardwalk from the balcony and then taking the short walk to spend the afternoon there. The layout of the house was perfect with the 2 younger generations sleeping downstairs and we grandparents sleeping upstairs. We were very pleased with this VRBO.

Sweet little cottage

My family and i had a wonderful time hangout out this sweet cottage in Santa Cruz. Its the perfect distance from the boardwalk so you can get there without driving. But far enough away so you dont have to hear the rides going all night. The house is very clean and stocked with lots of kitchen amenities to use. There is also lots of extras in the grage to use at the beach so you dont have to bring or buy stuff if you have forgotten it. We loved this house!!

Just what we needed

This is a spacious, clean, and comfortable home that fit our needs. Great views of the boardwalk and a short walk to it. Beats paying $30 for parking. Nice quiet neighborhood. There is PLENTY of room in this home. Large kitchen and lots of seating in the TV room. The only mistake we made was we were so busy we were only there to sleep. I wish I had more "downtime" to relax in this home, but there's always next time :)

Great price for the location

The property was clean and well stocked, a great location, being walking distance from the boardwalk. The only downside to this property was hot horrible the beds were. All the mattresses felt like they were about 50 years old, which made for pretty poor sleep. I probably wouldn’t stay here again for that reason, but would if the mattresses were updated!

My son’s 18th birthday

We celebrated my son’s birthday with some of his friends in Santa Cruz at this house. The location was great. The rain kept them from going to the boardwalk but the bikes at the house kept them entertained. No small feat for 18 year olds. There was plenty of room for them downstairs. The house is older but in comparison to Santa Cruz homes it is very nice. Also very clean. This is also my second experience with the rental company, Bailey Property Management. They are very professional and run a smooth operation.
