"We rented this house for our son's college graduation and our extended family flew in to celebrate. We had the absolutely most amazing time. There were a couple of hiccups, which are to be expected in such a large home, but Mayleen was so communicative and wonderful and getting it fixed and checked out that it was NEVER a problem.She even sent our son a graduation treat. She was AMAZINGLY sweet and we couldn't have asked for more!Do NOT look any further.The price cannot be beat for the oasis...

"More than I expecting. The host definitely put thought and care into the amenities provided. The kitchen was fully stocked with basic needs plus more. I was happy to find various sizes of Tupperware to use for food storage! The shower was great and the blow dryer was powerful, it wasn’t like the weak cheap ones you find in hotels. Overall, the apartment exceeded my expectations, we’d love to return on our next trip to Burbank. "

"Brooke, our host was very easy to message and she replied with in a very short time. When we arrived the house was hot. T-stats turned up or off because no one was staying there. Makes sense, but there are 6 separate AC units. A breaker was tripped in the panel box and no lights in the kitchen, and the receptacles did not work. Also one of the AC units is in the kitchen area, so it was not working. At this time I was frustrated, we had missed our connecting flight in Dallas & had not had a good...
