Imagine opening the backdoor, stepping out onto the patio into the hot desert sun, and your view is an immaculate resort style pool and beautiful desert mountains; that is the reality at Poolside Villa! Located in Santa Clara, within the Ocotillo Springs Resort, this home is any type of vacationer's paradise. With quick access to multiple national parks, amazing resort amenities, and golf a short drive away; you will never have a dull moment while at Poolside Villa!

This newly built 3 bedroom / 3.5 bath townhome is conveniently located behind the community pool, with views of Red mountain. Poolside villa can comfortably sleep 10 guests, or up to 14 guests with the assistance of 4 twin roll out sleeping pads. Enjoy the quiet of the morning, sipping on a cup of coffee on your private balcony, watching the beautiful sunrise. Spend your days relaxing and swimming at the resort style pool. Take a day trip to one of the many National or State Parks nearby. Enjoy the beautiful scenery while taking a walk along one of the many walk/bike paths right out your front door. You will love cooking meals that everyone will enjoy in the fully equipped kitchen. Challenge each other to a ping pong tournament in the garage or any of the games on Xbox 1 upstairs! After the end of a long day in the sun, barbeque and relax with a cold drink in hand, out on the back patio under the setting desert sun. Timeless memories are waiting to be made at Poolside Villa!

Our kids had a blast!

Fun stay for our kids while traveling for a baseball tournament. The kids loved the bunk room, gaming system, pool, and activities in the pool house. The property was beautifully designed and maintained. We will keep this property in mind for future visits to the area.

Comfortable with convenient pool access

As advertised, this location has a deck that looks right at the pool, which is very convenient when watching kids. Spaces in the unit were larger than what I have experienced in similar settings. The two 3-high bunk beds were great for our family and would have made for a fun setting with our kids cousins, had we been able to bring them along. Note that you can hear the pool from the master suite, which means you hear the water running from the slide as you are falling asleep and waking up. Also, one night, there were some older teens at the pool who were being predictably loud late into the night until someone got up the courage to let them know that pool hours end at 11pm.

Perfect Place to Stay!

This place is BEAUTIFUL! It’s a new build so it’s extremely nice and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our big family. The kids loved it. Great location too! Would absolutely stay here again.

Great place!

The place was clean and comfortable and the pool area was so fun for our kids. Owners were very responsive. The best part is the pool is right outside the back patio doors so it’s like it’s in your backyard! Would definitely stay here again!

Loved it, but the best part was the property manager. they checked with me multiple times to make sure I was all set to get there, that I was good once there and that chekout went smooth. Ive never had that kind of service and it was great. HIGHLY RECCOMEND

We had a great time at this home. It was perfectly sufficient for two families and we really enjoyed our visit. Access to two Pickleball courts and a great pool and splash pad were the cherry on top!

Get new cleaning crew

Property was nice but had previous garbage/food from previous guests under the couch and on the TV stand which had a headband with hair on it we also found someones briefs in the laundry room and the decorative pillows were dirty 1 of which had blood stains in the master bedroom also blankets that were folded put away smelled dirty like really bad also the coffee maker was put away with coffee crumbs and filter still inside and the grill was super full of old grease but overall we liked the property but just not how it was cleaned sands was great but maybe make sure the cleaning people actually clean the house also no mop we had to buy our own since we had small children.
