"We had one night in Naples before moving onto Sorrento and were arriving around midnight. I checked in online as requested a few days before and was sent instructions on how to find the location, keys and room from Caterina. It all worked fine on arrival and we dropped our bags and went out for a drink. Naples is still busy after midnight and lots of bars were open just down the road. "We had an amazing stay. This place is a small family run hotel and they made us feel so welcome. The pool area is great with lots of lounging options. Our room was great with everything we needed. Area is close to restaurants but off the main road so it was quiet and peaceful. "

"First of all, your reqest for feedback sould be sent in the guest's language! That would show a connetion rather than making the guest feel simply like a reporter. I had two concerns. The room was very cold and I do not feel that guests should be asked to carry their garbage downstairs!!! I have never been told to do that at any other place Ihave stayed. Other than that it was a wonderful stay."

"We had an amazing stay at Piccole Donne. Titti has the unit beautifully decorated and well stocked. She is exceedingly nice and very responsive to text if we had any questions. She even had a map of good restaurants and places to visit readily available. We would love to come back. The only thing to be aware of is the unit is on the 4th floor and there are no elevators, so this unit would not suit anyone with mobility concerns. "
