"Great property, near ports, airport, downtown, right on the beach , perfect snorkeling spot, clean pool, clean room, big bed, friendly staff who spike english and spanish, safe neighborhood, parking spots for our rental car, safe with a key in the room, big gluffy towels for both the bathroom and the pool and beach, many pillows for the bed, perfect views of the sunset, highly recommend "

"The condo was perfect! It is spacious, clean, and at a very convenient location for dive boat pick up, grocery shopping, and exploring the town! The hosts were amazing. They were very flexible with our check in and check out times and even left us a gift!"

"We stayed here for 1 week and it was amazing. If I were to go back we'd stay at this same place. The beach is beautiful the Villa itself is beautiful. The service that the owners provide is amazing. We had cleaning services and directions for anything you could think of. They really cover it all. This place is way better than any all inclusive totally recommend! "

The staff that cleans the house and grounds are terrific. I recommend the cook service - Arturo was fabulous. Manager Jose was very helpful and attentive to all requests. Owner Camille is very helpful and responsive. If you are considering a stay here - DO IT!!!"

"Jaime was wonderful with his communication and ensuring that any “hiccups” with our stay were taken care of immediately. The pool was consistently clean and the staff were very friendly to us always. We used the futon couch as a pull out for my 10 year old daughter and it worked just fine for her, however it would be uncomfortable for anyone over the age of twelve as it is well worn and lumpy We stay in Cozumel every year for 2-3 weeks and have stayed at several places on the island. The snorkeling right in front of the condo was amazing—we even saw a lionfish and a spotted eel just steps from the building! The location, comfort, and overall experience were outstanding.
