"Oh dear. Having worked in hospitality and tourism for close to 30 years, I always try to find the positive when things go wrong but booking this apartment was a huge mistake. We arrived late on a Monday to find that it wasn’t the apartment that we’d actually booked on Expedia - it didn’t bear even a close resemblance - however we thought best make do and then speak to the agent the following day. Unfortunately by that point we’d found a seemingly endless list of snagging points including leaking...

"So, on pictures you’re getting a deluxe suite . We got a room with two beds and a bathroom.
The roo
Was beautiful. And super clean.
However, I had the hardest time sleeping. The door is a barn door that slides . I didn’t feel safe.
The windows are paper thin so you absolutely need ear plugs to sleep . You hear everything . Inside and outside.
Because of the barn doors you hear all the first in the other rooms. And all the noise outside.
One thing I did enjoy is the breakfast room. It’s...

"Such an amazing experience. We were in the area for only a short stay- but the villa was so comfortable, elegant, and personalized. We were lucky to be there when the chef was in, and served homemade dinner right outside of our room on the common area. Amazing sea view with the balcony in our room. Brought pizza back at night to eat on our balcony and the enjoy some wine. Consider staying here!! You will not regret it. "

"I should say that Susanna was a great host from the beginning! She is above and beyond, so detailed so thorough, speaks perfect English and giving you all the necessary information step by step. Me and my sister easily found the way to city center from the train station thanks to her ! We were upgraded to a suit room which was so beautiful and it was a surprise for us as well , thank you 😊 "
