"The complex was extremely well kept and the room was clean and comfortable. The complex was quite difficult to find even with the provided instructions, we only found it because a local showed us the route. The area has a lot of construction so it is quite loud during the day. The balcony was not used as we had hoped because the drilling was constant all day. Also it would be nice if the balcony had seating. The staff are very quick to respond which was helpful because the toilet did not work...

"This place truly makes Atitlán and Guatemala unforgettable! "Absolutely loved our stay here!!! Such a cute home, all to ourselves. Shower had great water pressure. The kitchenette had everything we needed. Easy communication with our host, able to give us recommendations for activities. The caretaker on the property very welcoming, we loved chatting with him. The views from the pier, breathtaking. We would have loved to stay longer to use all the amenities! Plus San Juan is close by, which is such a beautiful little town. We can’t wait to go back!! "
