"The website is a little misleading in that there is a notice that some rooms do not have an elevator leading to them. I booked a room that did not say no elevator service (second floor) and when we arrived, the staff was more than helpful in assisting getting our bags up to the room. I could have booked a room in the part that did have elevator service had I known the booked room did not."

"Logement spacieux parfaitement situé à quelques pas du centre-ville. Nous avons pu laisser la voiture au parking du logement et profiter. Il faisait très chaud pendant notre séjour mais grace à la climatisation le logement restait bien frais. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter."

"Valentina is the perfect host checking in with us on a regular basis. Location excellent. Easy walking distance to all the main sites and il centro, and the street is very quiet with restricted car access. Apartment is very nicely furnished will all modcons and a lovely outdoor terrace. We loved our stay in this apartment and in this city."
