"It was fine. There’s nothing to really say about this place as it is a place that has nothing that sticks out in a super negative or positive way.
The walls are thin, it’s like your neighbors are in the same room, you can and I did hear a burp through the walls.
The overall smell of the room, linens, and space went from bleach upon check in to a bit stagnant and mildew like.
I’m pretty sure my room had a pet previously in it. It had that pet smell under cleaner odor to it.

"Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The room was located directly next to the freeway, which resulted in significant noise throughout the night and made it very difficult to sleep. "The property is nice. The room was pretty clean (saw Cheetos behind night stand) The beds seemed clean though. It does have a microwave and mini fridge (Freezer part was iced over). The pool looked clean ( I didn't use). Coffee in morning at lobby was just that, coffee & creamer. No sugar, no decaf, no breakfast snacks. "I’ve stayed at quite a few Motel 6 locations, and I can confidently say this San Luis Obispo spot is the absolute best of them all.
A few things really stood out during my stay:
The Bed: Unlike a lot of motels where the beds can be hit-or-miss, the mattress here was firm, solid, and incredibly comfortable. I got a great night's sleep.
The parking lot was spacious, easy to navigate, and felt very safe and secure throughout my stay.
Traveling with two small dogs can sometimes be a challenge, but...
